  • Google Sheets Integration: Data export and campaign configuration management

Service Availability

  • Uptime Target: 99.9% service availability
  • Maintenance Windows: Scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Support Hours: Business hours EST with 24-hour response SLA
  • Geographic Availability: Global service with regional data compliance

Account Terms

Eligibility

To use Ads Autopilot AI, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have a valid Shopify store and merchant account
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use
  • Keeping your contact information current and accurate

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Price Changes: 30-day advance notice for any price changes

Data and Privacy

Data Handling

Ads Autopilot AI follows strict data minimization principles:

  • No Customer PII: We do not collect personal information from your customers
  • Merchant Data Only: We only access store configuration and product catalog data
  • Your Control: You control all integrations and can revoke access anytime
  • Secure Storage: All data encrypted in transit and at rest

Third-Party Integrations

By using Ads Autopilot AI, you authorize us to:

  • Access your Google Sheets (when you connect them)
  • Integrate with Google Ads (when you authorize it)
  • Read your Shopify product catalog

Acceptable Use

  • Google Services: Integrations subject to Google service availability
  • Internet Connectivity: Reliable internet connection required

Support and Maintenance

  • Response Time: 24-hour response for all support requests
  • Support Channels: Email support and help documentation
  • Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST
  • Languages: English (primary), Spanish, French

Maintenance and Updates

  • Regular Updates: Continuous service improvements and bug fixes
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Advance notice for planned downtime
  • Security Updates: Immediate deployment of critical security patches
  • Feature Updates: New features rolled out with documentation

Liability and Disclaimers

Service Warranty

Ads Autopilot AI is provided "as is" with the following disclaimers:

  • No Revenue Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific conversion rate improvements
  • Third-Party Dependencies: Performance may be affected by external services
  • Compliance Responsibility: You are responsible for compliance with advertising regulations

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to:

  • Direct Damages: Maximum liability limited to subscription fees paid
  • Indirect Damages: Not liable for lost profits or consequential damages
  • Service Interruptions: Service credits for extended downtime

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your subscription at any time by:

  • Uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin
  • Contacting support to cancel your subscription
  • Cancelling through your Shopify billing settings

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You fail to pay subscription fees
  • We detect fraudulent or malicious activity
  • Required by law or legal process

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the service will be immediately suspended
  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days
  • You can export your data before termination
  • No refunds for partial billing periods

Legal Terms
